At STS Lures, we strive to get your fishing gear and apparel to you as quickly and efficiently as possible so you can get back to doing what you love—fishing.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Custom fishing shirts and hoodies may require 5–7 business days for production before shipping.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer several shipping options at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (depending on location and customs processing)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs inspections for international orders.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.

  • Free Standard Shipping is available for U.S. orders over $75.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. STS Lures is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging.

  • For lost packages, contact us so we can work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
